# Troubleshooting

## Registering DECT phone to base station does not work anymore
|
||
|
|
|
||
|
|
Make sure DECT `Subscription` is still set to `Subscription`.
|
||
|
|
Sometimes this changes back to `Off` by itself.
|
||
|

|
||
